Professionally, I’m an Associate Professor of Organizational Behavior at McGill University’s Desautels Faculty of Management. I study labor markets, careers, jobs, labor unions, and discrimination. I’m also the academic director of McGill’s MBA program.
Personally, I’m an American who is desperately trying to learn French in his middle age. I’m a mutt who grew up shuttling between New Jersey and Texas, which is why I speak with neither accent today. I spend my off hours helping people to repair their bicycles, riding my own bikes, flitting between DIY projects, and surviving winter in Québéc.
